Health Behaviors in Combustible Cigarette, Heated Tobacco Users and Quitters

Smoking can be changed by health behavior education on the fact that unhealthy behaviors cause chronic diseases and cancer it is important to identify in smoking. We try compare of combustible cigarette (CC), heated tobacco (HT) users, quitters. were divided into three groups (CC, HT quitters). The user group (n = 100) was selected among those who underwent a examination 2021-2022. CC smokers cohort quitters randomly from same (age ± 2) period. Sleep-related problems (snoring sleep apnea), alcohol consumption, exercise compared group, respectively. Snoring more common (27%) than users (19%) (18%). It related weight gain during quitting use. Nondrinkers (21%) (8%) (10%). seem concerned about effects drinking Anaerobic different groups, aerobic not. did group. Differences healthy HC useful information for smokers. Understanding smokers’ smoking cessation counseling clinical practice.
